Local tax:
Summer: € 3,00 per person/night.
Children under 16 years are exempt from this tax.
Reservation:
A reservation is only valid after you received a written booking confirmation. For a binding reservation we politely ask you to pay € 150,00. Please make your down payment within 5 days by bank transfer.

Payment:
Please settle the bill no later than one day before departure.

Children's discount for children staying in the room of the parents:
• Children under 3 years: € 15,00
• Children between the ages of 3 and 6: € 25,00
• Children between the ages of 7 and 11: € 35,00
• Children between the ages of 12 and 14: € 45,00
Montafon-Silvretta Card
This year our guests not only receive all the benefits in the Montafon but also in Paznaun.
With your reservation confirmation from us - you will already receive the Montafon-Silvretta-Card (valid per person) at the toll booths in Galtür or Partenen.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We also recommend a travel cancellation insurance to make sure there won’t be any unnecessary expenses for you in the case of illness, death, job loss, etc. If interested, please ask for further information or check out the website www.europaeische.at.
Smoking/non-smoking:
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Dogs:
Dogs are allowed on request (€ 9,00 per day).
Cancellations:
Only in written form - Cancellation conditions according to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH). If you depart early or arrive late you will be charged for the room price (minus board). Landeck is the place of jurisdiction. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Single room surcharge:
We charge a single room supplement of € 10,00 per day.
Short stays:
We charge € 5,00 per day for short stays of less than 3 days.
